The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring the smooth execution of marketing campaigns, and delivering outstanding results. You will play a key role in client satisfaction, growth, and retention while working closely with internal teams to drive successful performance marketing strategies.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.Understand client objectives and translate them into effective marketing strategies.Collaborate with internal teams to plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns.Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to clients.Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure campaigns are on track and aligned with client expectations.Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and tools, particularly in performance marketing.Conduct regular meetings with clients to review progress, address concerns, and discuss upcoming initiatives.Key Competencies:Excellent Communication Skills: Able to clearly convey ideas, expectations, and feedback to clients and team members.Fluent in English: Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential.Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, with a focus on performance marketing (e.g., PPC, display ads, social media advertising, SEO).Project Management: Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and handling competing priorities.Analytical Thinking: Capable of interpreting campaign data and providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a digital marketing agency.Hands-on experience with performance marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).Familiarity with reporting tools such as Google Analytics and data visualization platforms.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
