As a digital platform company, INDICO aims to leverage Telkomsel's digital assets and capabilities to create a flywheel effect of innovations to develop cross-sectoral digital solutions that will empower Indonesia's digital economy.INDICO believes that we can reach beyond to empower Indonesians and enable businesses through our strong core values of EPIC WAY (Excellence, Positivity, Impactful Collaboration, Customer First, Walk the Talk, Accountability, Yes-if Mindset).We are looking for a Merchant Acquisition and Operational Intern who is passionate about supporting our efforts in expanding our merchant network and ensuring smooth operational processes.What you will do but not limited to:Conduct market research and identify potential merchants across F&B, lifestyle, retail, and entertainment categoriesSupport the team in outreach and initial communication with potential merchant partnersAssist in negotiating offers and partnership schemes for the voucher/discount programMaintain and update the merchant acquisition pipeline (tracking progress and status)Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure smooth merchant onboardingSupport in preparing partnership proposals, pitch decks, and performance reportsGather market insights on promotion trends, loyalty programs, and competitorsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fieldStrong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse stakeholdersStrong interest in partnership, business development, and e-commerce/lifestyle productsDetail-oriented, organized, and proactive in problem-solvingExcellent communication skills and confidence in engaging with external partnersGood analytical skills and familiarity with data analysisProficient in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office (especially Sheets/Excel and Slides/PowerPoint)Previous experience in sales, partnerships, or organizational activities is a plusAvailable for a minimum of 3 months, full-time internship
