Job Requirements :Education and Major: College degree or above, major in e-commerce, marketing, product operation and other related fields is preferred. Those with 3-5 years of experience in merchant product operation of takeaway platforms, e-commerce platforms or related positions are preferred. Professional Abilities: Familiar with the merchant operation logic of the takeaway industry and the product architecture of the merchant side, and understand the core needs of merchants in order management, marketing promotion, data analysis and other aspects. Have basic product thinking, be able to clearly sort out demands and write simple Product Requirements Documents. Proficient in using office software such as Excel and PPT, and able to conduct basic operation effect analysis through data. Comprehensive Quality: Have good communication and coordination skills, and be able to efficiently connect with merchants and internal cross-departmental teams. Have strong problem-solving skills, and be able to quickly respond to and handle sudden problems of merchants in product use. Be proactive in work, have a sense of responsibility, and possess a certain degree of pressure resistance and goal-oriented awareness. Be sensitive to merchant needs, and be able to actively explore potential needs and promote product optimization.Other Requirements: Recognize the platform's corporate culture, have good professional ethics and team spirit, and be willing to deeply understand the merchant's business and help merchants grow. Job Requirements:3+ years of experience in operations, prior experience in food delivery/restaurant brand operations is preferred;Familiar with and Middle Eastern cultures, fluent in English for business communication;Combine different playbooks and food delivery operational methodologies across countries/regions to accumulate replicable international experience.
