If so, then we'd love to chat!As a Merchant Onboarding Associate, you’ll be tasked with providing exceptional partner experience and outstanding service during the onboarding of our restaurant partners, which strongly contributes to long-term operational success. Your tasks will include managing the partnership during the onboarding process, and ensuring that all necessary data inputs are available in a timely manner. You will also act as a key communicator between our operations team and restaurant partners in order to ensure a seamless onboarding process by driving the resolution of any obstacles encountered.What you’ll be doingDay-to-day in this role you’ll:Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new venues, ensuring timely and accurate platform setupReview and validate partner information, cross-checking with signed contractsCreate and review partner menus for accuracy and proper structure; coordinate translations if neededCoordinate photography and ensure 100% image coverage for each partner during onboardingSet up and distribute Wolt gear, ensuring partners are trained on proper usageConduct online and offline training sessions on the Wolt Merchant app and gearBuild strong relationships with partners during their first 30 days post-launch, ensuring engagement and activitySupport technical integrations (API or SFTP) where requiredOur humble expectations*1–2 years of experience in a similar roleLogical problem-solving skills with a bias for action and impact.Detail-oriented, structured, and with Excellent interpersonal skillsStrong time management and task prioritization skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, adaptable to different audiencesFluent in Russian, with good Kazakh and intermediate EnglishBased in Almaty or AstanaWhat we offerIndependent work in a dynamic, international teamHybrid work mode: four days in the office, one day remote.Career growth opportunities both vertically & horizontally Medical Insurance and strengthened sick leaveEmployee Assistance Program - therapy and wellbeing% Discount on your Wolt ordersWolt-wide training programsTeam budgetsFruits and drinks at the officeNext steps*If you are excited about working in a high-growth environment, taking ownership, and being part of an ambitious team redefining grocery shopping, then we’d love to hear from you.We will be accepting applications until October 17th.
