We bring our best selves to work each day to realize our mission of enriching the world through the power of digital commerce and financial services.Role Purpose - We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Merchant Portfolio Executive to support the growth and success of our merchant business. You will manage a portfolio of merchants, ensuring seamless onboarding, increase active merchant, drive revenue growth, retention, performance monitoring and problem resolution. This role is key to ensuring a positive experience for our merchants while driving business results.Responsibilities we entrust you with - Build and maintain excellent relationship with merchants by having regular communication, understand their needs, problem resolutions and provide guidance on how to maximize their partnership with us.Manage and explore a group of merchants across different stages of engagement—onboarding, active, and dormant—and support their growth and retention.Onboarding Guidance to new Merchants - Support new merchants with setup, training, and familiarization with our platform, tools, and processes to ensure activation and usage.Business Performance - Analysis Monitor merchant performance metrics to understand transactional behaviour, profitability, identify opportunities for growth and identify early red flags.Campaign & Promotion Collaboration - Work with internal teams such as marketing to offer merchants to join in promotional campaigns by obtaining merchant’s support, collating information, coordinating timelines, and ensuring smooth roll-out.Optimizing Operational Efficiency - Collate and organise merchant feedback, share common issues, develop best practices with relevant teams, and support follow-up communication or resolution tracking.What matters in this role -Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. Equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.2 to 5 years of experience in Sales and Business Development. Background in fintech or digital payments is highly desirable.Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and a team player.Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple merchants and tasks.Comfortable using basic Excel/Google Sheets, CRM tools, or dashboards.Proactive, eager to learn, and enjoys building relationships.What we Value in Our people -You take the shot : You decide fast and deliver right.You are the CEO of what you do : You show ownership and make things happen.You sign your work like an artist: You seek to learn and take pride in the work you do
