]We’re looking for a passionate Merchant Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for our partners, ensuring their journey with Paymob is smooth, efficient, and exceptional.ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound calls, emails, and chats from merchants.Troubleshoot and resolve merchant inquiries.Provide guidance on Paymob’s products and services.Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless support experience.RequirementsFresh graduates are welcome 🚀0–2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or merchant support (fintech or banking is a plus).Excellent communication & problem-solving skills.Passion for helping people and delivering a great experience.
