Job Overview:LAWAZEM is seeking a strategic and results-driven Performance Marketing Director to lead our performance marketing initiatives. This role is integral to driving growth through data-driven strategies and optimizing marketing performance across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in performance marketing, a strong analytical mindset, and evidence of successful campaign management.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retentionOversee the planning, execution, and optimization of all performance marketing campaigns, including PPC, social media advertising, and email marketingUtilize advanced analytics and reporting tools to track campaign performance, analyze results, and derive actionable insightsLead a team of marketing professionals to achieve performance targets and optimize marketing budget allocation for maximum ROICollaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and creative, to ensure cohesive marketing strategiesConduct market analysis to identify trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to refine marketing approachesExperiment with new performance marketing channels and tactics while testing and optimizing resultsStay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure LAWAZEM remains at the forefront of performance marketingManage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to maximize marketing effectivenessPresent performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior management and stakeholdersRequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)A minimum of 6 years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership roleProven track record of successful performance marketing campaigns across digital channelsStrong analytical skills with proficiency in performance marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.)In-depth knowledge of PPC, SEO, social media advertising, and email marketing strategiesExcellent leadership and team management abilities to foster a high-performing marketing teamExceptional communication and presentation skills for effective stakeholder engagementCreative problem-solving skills and an innovative approach to marketing strategiesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyFluency in Arabic & English, both written and spoken
