Headquartered in Singapore, SHEIN remains committed to making the beauty of fashion accessible to all, promoting its industry-leading, on-demand production methodology, for a smarter, future-ready industry.Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible for recruiting and onboarding local e-commerce merchants in Poland, ensuring high-quality merchants join the platform.Build and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with suppliers, continuously explore new partners, and provide strong support for the company's product supply system to enhance product variety and competitiveness.Lead the development of business channels, oversee comprehensive negotiations with merchants, and strive for optimal resources and partnership benefits.Integrate resources related to market channels and assist the team in achieving recruitment goals through efficient coordination and management.Continuously monitor and deeply analyze trends on social media platforms and competitors' market dynamics, keenly identify market trends and potential opportunities, recognize innovation points, and provide growth-oriented suggestions while driving the implementation of relevant actions.Job RequirementsExtensive experience in developing local market channels in Poland or proven expertise in e-commerce merchant recruitment, with the ability to quickly take on related responsibilities.At least 3 years of work experience in seller acquisition/seller onboarding in Poland; proficiency in English is a must.
