Freelance Recruiter - Work Remote

Mercier Consultancy BG is seeking an experienced Freelance Recruiter to join our remote team, allowing you the freedom to work from anywhere. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process end-to-end, from sourcing outstanding candidates to onboarding them with our clients. We're looking for a motivated individual who can adapt quickly to changing needs and understand the importance of a great candidate experience.

ResponsibilitiesSource, interview, and assess candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networksBuild and maintain long-term relationships with clients to understand their hiring requirementsManage the full-cycle recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and providing feedback to candidatesUtilize data and metrics to track recruitment effectiveness and make informed decisionsStay up-to-date with industry trends and recruitment best practices to implement effective strategiesDocument all candidate interactions and maintain accurate records to support the recruitment processRequirementsProven experience as a recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition roleStrong understanding of recruitment methods and candidate assessment toolsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates and clientsAbility to multitask and manage various recruitment projects simultaneouslySelf-driven and able to work independently in a remote settingProficiency in using recruitment software, job boards, and social media for sourcing candidatesFluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plusA reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for efficient remote workBenefitsWhat We Offer 💸 Commission-Based Earnings:
