In this dynamic Entry Level role, you will assist Italian-speaking clients in navigating our ticketing solutions and event management services to ensure their events are successful and well-attended. Your primary responsibilities will include providing expert support to clients throughout the ticketing process, guiding them from event setup to monitoring ticket sales. By using your communication skills in Italian, you will build strong relationships with clients, ensuring they receive personalized service tailored to their specific needs.
