Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Merger and Acquisition Senior Associate based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The M&A Senior Associate will be responsible for conducting due diligence, financial modeling, and providing analytical support for M&A transactions. The role includes preparing presentations and reports, communicating with clients and stakeholders, and assisting in identifying potential acquisition targets and investment opportunities. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Financial ModelingExperience in Finance and conducting Due DiligenceKnowledge of Private Equity principles and practicesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related fieldAbility to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projectsProfessional certifications such as CFA or CPA are a plus
