Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst - Associate

Our client is a long-established European financial advisory platform with a strong presence across the German-speaking and broader European mid-market. The Frankfurt team is expanding and is looking to hire M&A Analysts / Associates to support growing deal flow.The firm advises mid-market corporates, entrepreneurs and private equity investors on buy-side and sell-side transactions. The team operates in a lean and international setup, offering direct exposure to senior bankers and immediate involvement in live mandates.ResponsibilitiesSupport the execution of M&A transactions across DACH and EuropeBuild financial models and perform valuation work (DCF, comps, precedent transactions)Assist in preparing marketing materials, pitchbooks and information memorandaCoordinate due diligence with external advisorsContribute to sector research, pipeline development and deal sourcingWork closely with colleagues in Frankfurt and other European officesCandidate ProfileExperience in M&A, Corporate Finance, or Transaction ServicesStrong analytical and modelling skills, comfortable working in fast-paced deal environmentsInterest in sectors such as Industrials, Healthcare, TMT, or broader generalist mid-marketFluent German and English are requiredHands-on, collaborative approach and readiness to work in smaller deal teams
