The firm focuses on mid-market M&A (sell-side & buy-side), valuations, and strategic growth advisory, supporting entrepreneurs, family businesses, and mid-sized corporates across multiple sectors.Role Overview:As Director, you will play a pivotal leadership role in deal origination, client management, and execution. You will drive business development, lead teams through full transaction cycles, and act as a trusted advisor to founders and management teams.Key Responsibilities:Lead and execute mid-market M&A transactions end-to-endOriginate new mandates and expand the firm’s market presenceManage client relationships and oversee project teamsDevelop juniors and ensure high-quality delivery across all assignmentsLeverage your network to source opportunities and build long-term partnershipsWhat We’re Looking For:Minimum 5–7 years of experience in M&A or corporate financeProven dealmaker with successful transaction experienceStrong personal network in Amsterdam / RandstadCurrently living in Amsterdam or nearbyFluent Dutch speaker (required)Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to grow a practiceApply Now with your CV!
