Working closely with senior decision-makers, you will receive mentorship from experienced professionals and develop a deep understanding of the end-to-end deal process (from target screening to closing).In this role, you will:Deepen your understanding of the dental, surgery, drug delivery, industrial, and adhesives sub-sectors;Contribute to strategic assessments, target screenings, and the development of acquisition pipelines in alignment with business unit priorities;Support financial modelling, valuation analyses, and due diligence across various industries and geographies;Help coordinate cross-functional due diligence processes involving Finance, Legal, Operations, and HR;Support in the preparation of investment memoranda, board presentations, and internal approval documents;Liaise with external advisors, including investment banks, consultants, and legal counsel;Track and analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities;Support post-merger integration and value realization initiatives.Your Talents and ExperienceCurrently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Management;Strong financial and strategic analytical skills, with a solid understanding of corporate finance and valuation principles;Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines;Proactive, hands-on, and independent thinker with strong problem-solving skills;High attention to detail and analytical rigor;Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint;Demonstrated interest in the healthcare and industrial sectors;Ability to conduct deep-dive research into niche products and markets;Previous experience in investment banking, M&A, or corporate strategy is a strong advantage;Experience in industrial, healthcare, or MedTech sectors is an asset;Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus;Based in Switzerland and/or eligible to work in Switzerland (Swiss or EU/EFTA passport, valid work permit, or visa).What We OfferHands-on experience in live M&A projects within an international environment;Mentorship and direct exposure to senior decision-makers;Opportunity to develop financial, analytical, and strategic skills applicable across M&A, private equity, and corporate development;Potential for a full-time position upon successful completion of the internship.Application & Next StepsInterested?
