This role will be responsible for originating, evaluating, and executing strategic transactions across the telecommunications, technology, and digital services sectors. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial analysis, transaction execution capabilities, and stakeholder management skills, with at least five years of TMT-focused investment banking experience.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support end-to-end M&A processes, including acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and strategic partnershipsConduct detailed financial modelling, valuation analyses, and scenario assessments for potential transactionsPrepare investment memos, board papers, and presentations for senior leadershipManage due diligence workstreams, coordinating internal teams and external advisorsConduct industry research, market assessments, and competitive benchmarking to identify strategic opportunitiesCollaborate closely with business units to understand strategic priorities and align transaction activitySupport negotiations and deal structuring in partnership with legal, finance, tax, and regulatory teamsBuild and maintain strong internal and external networks across the TMT ecosystemRequired Experience & QualificationsMinimum 5 years of investment banking experience with a focus on TMT/ Telecom at a top-tier bank or advisory firm.Demonstrated track record executing M&A transactions, including modelling, valuation, and due diligenceStrong understanding of telecoms and digital infrastructure markets, business models, and value driversExcellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skillsHigh proficiency in financial modelling and presentation developmentStrong communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to senior stakeholdersAbility to manage multiple workstreams in a high-pressure environmentFluent German and fluent English required
