Private Equity Analyst

H&P is working with an established Private Equity Firm focusing on mid-market investments across Europe and looking for an Analyst to join its growing Frankfurt Team.Role Overview:Source and identify potential investment opportunities.Conduct thorough due diligence, including financial analysis, market research, and risk assessment, for prospective deals.Assist in executing investments, including negotiations, term sheet structuring, and deal-closing processes.Support portfolio companies post-investment with strategic advice, operational assistance, and growth initiatives.Prepare investment memos and present opportunities to senior leadership while providing regular updates on portfolio performance.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic recordStrictly <2 years of experience in Tier 1 investment banking M&A or Leveraged Finance or Real Asset Private EquityInternships experience also applicable Must have had exposure/experience within the digital infrastructure or industrials spacesSelf-motivated, with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independentlyStrong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environmentProficiency in German is a plus, but not necessaryThis role is ideal for individuals eager to contribute to a vibrant, growing firm and gain comprehensive experience in Private Equity.
