As a MES Specialist, you will coordinate the development of master batch records in the MES systems and act as a solution architect to support the customers to meet the requirements for pharmaceutical API product production.NNE Manufacturing IT provides comprehensive IT solutions for the pharma and biotech industries. Manufacturing Operations Management is a sub-department where we work with consultancy, design, implementation, and validation of MES solutions. You will be working in an innovative and agile department with approximately 50 PAS-X engineers across Denmark & India. Location Virum or KalundborgExperience Minimum 5 Years Department MES IIIHow You Might Spend Your DaysAs a MES Specialist, you'll be working with an innovative, multi-disciplinary team where you'll be: Taking responsibility in gathering technical requirements through a variety of techniques (e.g., facilitated workshops, work sessions and interviews, technical analysis) Conducting and ensuring that workflows / recipes are successfully and compliantly designed, developed, deployed in line with site business processes and technical standards Acting as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the integration and synchronization between MES (PAS-X) and DCS/ERP systems Ensuring the effective and seamless flow of batch data between PAS-X MES, ERP and DCS systems (e.g., 800XA, DeltaV, etc) Supporting in commissioning and verification of master recipes in the manufacturing system environments Who You AreAt NNE we care about who you are as a person. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role: An engineering degree or equivalent degree and 5+ years of work experience with MES in a GXP environment Hands-on experience with leading MES workflow design, development, testing & verification in an API Pharmaceutical Manufacturing setting Extensive understanding about PAS-X MES or similar MES Solution Knowledge of GXP and API pharmaceutical production Experience integrating MES solutions with SAP EWM is a plus Why choose NNE?
