A Snapshot of Your DayAs a Sickness and Absence Coordinator at Siemens Gamesa, your day will involve supporting group leaders in handling absence and disciplinary cases with their employees. You will ensure structure, coordination, and resolution of inquiries in close collaboration with production management and group leaders. Your role will also involve maintaining contact with external stakeholders such as municipalities, trade unions, and sick pay offices, while working closely with the company’s HR Business Partners.We are once again looking for a new colleague to join our team, as the person we recently hired has found exciting new opportunities within Siemens Gamesa. This means the position has opened up again — giving you the chance to become part of a strong and supportive team that truly makes a difference.How You’ll Make An ImpactSupport group leaders in managing absence and disciplinary cases with their Blue-Collar employees.Handle inquiries from group leaders and ensure effective follow-up.Ensure administrative coordination across the organization.Maintain contact and follow-up with external stakeholders.Ensure correct handling of sickness and absence cases and guide group leaders on documentation requirements and similar matters.What You BringPrior experience conducting sickness and absence meetings, or advisory experience; a legal background is a plus.Independent and proactive approach to problem-solving.Strong ability to create structure and maintain an overview.Clear communication skills at different levels in the organization and ability to build good relationships.Quick learner with a good grasp of complex matters.Comfortable learning and using new IT systems.Fluent in Danish, with the ability to communicate in English.About The TeamYou’ll be joining a dedicated team who work closely together and support each other in the day-to-day tasks.
