Someone who gets giddy from A/B testing and gets a kick out of data-driven decisions. That means hotels, restaurants, bars, brand activations, and more cake than your local bakery. We build brands, spark media hypes, and boost digital presence like no one else.What you'll doYou’ll start the day with a list, get swept up in a brainstorm, launch a scroll-stopping ad, and high-five a colleague over CTRs — all before your second coffee.- Build, run & optimise online campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, you know the drill)- Hunt down those dreamy CPCs and swipe-right-worthy CTRs- Run A/B tests like it’s a science experiment you actually enjoy- Translate data into juicy insights and add them to our realtime dashboardYou'll work closely with our team of talented social media managers.What we’re looking forYou’re independent, data-driven, and just rebellious enough to challenge the creative team’s ideas (nicely)- HBO-level thinking (and doing)- At least 1 year experience in a similar role- Fluent in Meta Business Manager & TikTok Ads and/or Google ads- You get Google Analytics (and don’t run from dashboards)- You’re performance-minded and brand-savvyBonus: You speak fluent hospitality, love a good dish, and secretly analyse restaurant menus for funWhat you’ll get- A buzzing office in the heart of Amsterdam South- Flexible working hours and locations (hybride, remote, from clients, you name it)- Projects with big-name brands in food, drinks & hospitality- A team that feels like family (but funnier)- Plenty of space to grow, learn and test new ideas- Competitive salary + tasty perks- Social events, from drinks to trips abroadAnd yes, there will be cake, plenty of cake.
