The role involves collaborating with global teams and meeting tight deadlines in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate should have a passion for media and technology, excellent communication skills for both internal and external interactions, and a strong work ethic.Location: Anywhere in ArgentinaRemote Options: 100% remoteWhat You’ll Be DoingWorks with cross-functional teams to ensure metadata and image assets are to OEM specifications for servicingHandle production and QC of OEM metadata & images programsPerforms data management tasks including normalizing and input of content images, descriptive and technical metadata ensuring completeness and accuracyCommunicate with OEM Program managers on day-to-day tasks including but not limited to client change requests, and updatesIdentify and resolve technical and production issues, escalating to management as requiredEnsure advertisements are assigned to titles as per platform requirementsCreate and publish content tracking grids to OEMCalculate, monitor, and manage milestones to ensure timely deliveries to OEMProvide coverage support when requiredExemplify the company core values and behaviorsAccountable for delivering departmental outcomesOffer and provide feedback for departmental continuous improvement processesExpectationsTeam player able to collaborate and influence others to meet shared deadlines and goalsStrong communicator who displays courage in driving and advocating for operational excellenceProactive, operational mindsetSelf-motivated, organized, and resourceful with a strong work ethic What We’re Looking For3+ years working with video/audio/subtitle/metadata and client service experience in Media & Entertainment, film/tv production, or similar industry experience is preferredStrong understanding of video/film formats, distribution workflows, and technologiesExperience with the InFlight Entertainment industry is a plus.Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication (verbal and written) skillsHighly effective problem solver able to assess, adapt, and action-changing priorities and strategiesAble to succeed and thrive in a dynamic, innovative, deadline-driven environmentWilling and able to work outside of regular business hours to support when necessaryStrong MS Excel Skills (test to be completed)Knowledge of MS Office packageWorking knowledge of Photoshop preferredThis Might Be the Right Place if You….Are a team fit; can help advance our  global, inclusive cultureAre a self-starter who likes to roll up your sleeves and take initiative  with minimal  directionCan think about tomorrow, while getting your work done todayAre a collaborative team  player; the primary audience will be internal teamsAre curious and open to learning and finding new solutionsAre able to provide and accept feedback in a constructive mannerAre organized, have strong communication skills, and do whatever it takes to get things done The Benefits Of Working HereA career with Anuvu is a unique opportunity to grow your knowledge and skills within a casual culture that thrives on collaboration and innovation.
