Perdana/ Kepong branchSel2: Ijok, Bukit Tinggi, Klang, Centro Klang branchSel3: USJ Taipan, Puchong, Bandar Puteri PuchongBusiness Development ManagerActively solicit for loans, deposit and Banca sales – ensure end to end follow through to make sure effort turns into productionAchieve sales target allocated for Loans, Deposits, Banca and number of new customer targetAdopt good follow through practice and prompt execution culture in performing the roleRisk Management - Perform proper introduction of customers and conduct joint introduction visitation with Account ManagerQuality Control & Compliance - ensure quality submission to achieve high accuracy and correctnessDeliver clear explanation on the terms in letter of offer and other documents and process workflow to customers.Observe and adhere to Standard Filling Order of credit files before handling over to Account Management Team.Maintain and build good rapport with internal and external customers for business referrals.Adhere to the regulatory requirements and processes being practiced at all timesBusiness Wealth Development ManagerResponsible for sales and marketing of deposits and FOREX; meet financial needs of small and medium-sized enterprises (SME)Acquire new to bank business account and also managing the portfolio growth of assigned high depositor under SMEActively drive for deposits, identify business opportunities and ensure targets allocated are met. Monitor and executive the action plans in achieving overall deposit target allocatedJob Requirements: -Preferable 1 to 7 years of working experiences in business-to-consumer sales with proven track recordStrong business acumen, proactive and a highly motivated self-starterGood sales and customer relationship managementExperience and exposure in credit marketing is preferred and will be an added advantage.Strong analytical skill in financial account and well-verse in cash flow analysisAdditional RequirementsDevelop, Engage, Execute, StrategiseBe a Part of the UOB FamilyUOB is an equal opportunity employer.
