Job DescriptionSupport across the Americas operations by delivering legal advice on corporate governance, commercial contracts, and regulatory affairs. Help drive value by combining legal expertise with business understanding. Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, supporting corporate law-related matters, liaising with public authorities, and advising on a variety of legal issues.
Manage communication and filings with public authorities and handle relevant regulatory affairsAnalyse a wide range of legal issues and provide ad hoc legal support to internal stakeholders across departments. Work closely with business leaders and managers, delivering practical legal advice that enables strategic decision-makingThe Successful ApplicantThe Selected Candidate Must Meet The Following RequirementsA Master of Laws degreeAt least 3 - 5 years of experience in multinational industry or law firm. Proficiency in maritime law, and experience within the oil and gas industry (plus)Fluency in both written and spoken English and Spanish.
