Position: MicrobiologistReporting to: Manager MicrobiologyDivision: Established Pharmaceutical Division - Operation Location: Karachi -Landhi Plant Job SummaryTo support the Microbiology Manager in coordinating and overseeing all activities within the micro-lab, including both sterile and non-sterile areas, ensuring these tasks lead to team success, timely product release, and zero-line failures.Major ResponsibilitiesPerform the Microbiological testing ,required for Raw Materials, Finished Products, AMC, media fill run and challenge test of autoclave and dry heat sterilizerMaintain inventory of prepared media and culture as per frequencyConduct all the Microbiological sampling and testing and as per the approved protocols for facility / utilities / environment / equipment and product validation by the validation sectionEnsure best standard of House Keeping in Micro Lab and washing areaCollect sampling of water (WFI/DI/PW) as per schedule and Perform sampling of finished products of SVP area as per manufacturing plan Perform sampling of air (viable & non-viable), swabs, gowning swabs, gloves prints and commodity samples as per scheduleConduct sampling of Glucose liquid as per ProcedureEducation/Knowledge & ExperienceScience Graduate/Master; preferably in Microbiology1-2 years’ experience in the same capacity Proficient in MS OfficeAnalytical Skills
