Quality Control Associate Engineer

We are looking for a Quality Associate Engineer (P2) to ensure product excellence from production to market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for process and product inspection, rejection control, MR ratio analysis, and continuous improvement through collaboration with internal teams and suppliers.Key Responsibilities:Inspect raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods as per defined quality standards.Conduct tear-down analysis to identify root causes of defects and monitor MR ratios.Coordinate with production, suppliers, and process owners to resolve quality issues.Conduct routine testing, audits, and ensure calibration of inspection tools.Implement corrective actions and improvements based on feedback from FG, BRD, and market audits.Prepare quality reports and participate in business planning and process improvement meetings.🎓 Education: BSc Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering or B.Tech (Hons)💼 Experience: 4–5 Years in QA/QC, Process, or Market Quality📍 Location: Raiwind Road, LahorePlease mention the position in the subject line and share your resume: talent@haier.com.pk CC: habib.rehman@haier.com.pk
