And whoever we’re with, whatever we’re doing, we always make it real.ResponsibilitiesOversee all lab activities, including monitoring, method verification, and equipment calibration.Ensure strict compliance with Quality, Food Safety, and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Policies.Verify all processes meet the Quality Management System and ISO 17025 standard.Supervise proficiency tests and execute the verification of new microbiology methods.Manage operations in a cost-efficient manner.Efficiently manage stock of media and lab tools to prevent testing delays.Manage the SAP module for Material Management (MM) and Quality Management (QM).Manage, train, and mentor laboratory staff and technicians.Foster professional growth and ensure the team's technical competency.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Biology.At least 3 years of practical experience in a microbiology lab.Expertise in Microbiological Techniques and Lab Safety.Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance (QA) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).Familiarity with SAP software (for inventory and quality).Proven ability to lead a small team and guide others.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Placement: Tangerang, IndonesiaAt ofi, we celebrate our diversity. ofi provides equality of opportunity for all persons with respect to hiring without discrimination on the grounds of race, color, religion, national origin, gender, pregnancy, age, disability, veteran status, or sexual orientation.
