If you're energised by helping customers envision their future, adopt new ways of working, and maximise their Microsoft 365 investment, we'd love to connect!What You'll DoLead customer workshops and envisioning sessions to identify opportunities for transformation with Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft 365.Conduct business analysis to understand customer challenges and recommend Modern Work solutions that drive productivity and collaboration.Design and deliver training programs for Microsoft Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 applications.Guide customers through onboarding and adoption journeys, ensuring successful change management and user engagement.Develop adoption strategies, communication plans, and success metrics to measure business outcomes.Act as a trusted advisor to customers, building strong relationships and understanding their business goals.Facilitate stakeholder meetings, gather requirements, and translate business needs into actionable roadmaps.Create compelling presentations, business cases, and solution proposals for customer executives and decision-makers.Champion Copilot readiness and adoption, helping customers prepare their data, processes, and people for AI-powered productivity.What You BringYou are customer-focused, adaptable, and thrive in dynamic environments.
