Job Description

Assess current M365 environment (mailboxes, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams groups).Develop a detailed migration plan including timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation.Configure and execute mailbox migration from Exchange Online to Lark Mail.Migrate or archive OneDrive/SharePoint data into Lark Drive (or agreed repository).Manage Teams/Groups migration to Lark equivalent (chat, meetings, file structures).Establish security, compliance, and retention mappings between M365 and Lark.Provide end-user support and training materials for post-migration adoption.Document all steps, configurations, and provide a final handover guide
