Position: Enterprise Architect – Technology ConsultingLevel: Manager / Senior ManagerAbout the Role:EY is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to join our Technology Consulting team. In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of enterprise architecture strategies, ensuring alignment between business goals and technology initiatives. You will collaborate with stakeholders across multiple domains to drive innovation, optimize processes, and deliver scalable, future-ready technology solutions.Key Responsibilities:Design and strategize enterprise architecture across business, data, application, and technology dimensions.Engage with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into architectural solutions.Develop, maintain, and evolve enterprise architecture frameworks and models to support organizational objectives.Assess current architecture landscapes, identify gaps, and propose opportunities for innovation and improvement.Collaborate with IT and business leaders to ensure technology initiatives are aligned with business strategies.Provide mentorship and guidance to team members on EA methodologies, best practices, and industry standards.Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and fostering strong client relationships.Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to inform architectural decisions.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.Must have TOGAF Certifications5–10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or related technology consulting roles, preferably within large organizations.Strong knowledge and certification in recognized EA frameworks such as TOGAF.Familiarity with MyGovEA framework and its application in enterprise architecture.Deep understanding of technology, business processes, data management, infrastructure, and application architecture.Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise architecture strategies in sectors such as financial services, public sector, or utilities.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.Preferred Skills:Hands-on experience with cloud architecture and services (AWS, Azure, GCP).Knowledge of agile methodologies and their application in enterprise architecture practices.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Why EY:At EY, you will be part of a diverse and collaborative team that values innovation, client impact, and personal growth.
