The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing and customizing ERP systems, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365, and a strong understanding of TMS (Transport Management Systems) or similar systems. This role requires a solid technical background and the ability to configure, customise, and integrate solutions within ERP and TMS environments to meet business needs and optimize operations.Contract Type: This is a full-time role with a 12-month fixed term contract.Location: This is a hybrid role open to candidates based in Dublin, London, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, or Stockholm.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, configure, and customise Dynamics 365 modules to enhance business processes. Design and implement solutions using Power Platform tools such as Canvas Apps, Power Automate and Model driven apps. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Utilise no-code/low-code development techniques to create efficient and scalable solutions. Write and maintain code using JavaScript and PowerFX. Integrate and work with ERP systems, preferably in a technical or developer role. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed solutions. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Owning the end-to-end process of rolling out solutions to the business, ensuring successful deployment, user adoption, and high engagement RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a relevant fieldStrong technical background with a focus on ERP and TMS systemsMinimum of 4-5 years of experience in D365 development or ERP developmentExperience working in a technical role (e.g., ERP Consultant, In-house) with ERP or TMS systems, not as an end-userProven experience in 2-3 full lifecycle ERP/TMS implementationsAbility to configure and customise Dynamics 365 modules to meet business requirementsHands-on experience with Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, including Canvas Apps, Power Automate, and Model-Driven AppsAct as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholdersStrong understanding of data modelingExperience conducting training sessions for end-users and creating user manualsIn-depth knowledge of business processes and best practicesExperience integrating D365 with other systemsAbility to be flexible and adaptable to varying work standards and demandsComfortable working under pressure and meeting strict deadlinesCapable of completing tasks within required timelinesResilient and able to manage shifting prioritiesStrong documentation skillsExperience with data migrationThe following qualifications, skills and experience would be an advantage.Working knowledge of a European languageExperience with MS SharePoint in a corporate environmentKnowledge of data modelingProficiency in SQLFamiliarity with PascalExperience with JavaScriptPrevious experience with ERP/TMS systemsNote: We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this role and we are not looking for agency support.
