Our solutions empower organizations through cutting-edge technology and strategic insight.We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Trainee Sales Associate to join our team and play a key role in expanding our client base and market presence.Role Overview: We’re looking for a skilled Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Consultant to design, configure, and deliver CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, improve processes, and help drive successful CRM adoption.Key Responsibilities:Requirements Gathering: Engage with clients to understand business needs, document requirements, and translate them into functional specifications for D365 CE.Solution Design: Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing) including forms, views, business rules, dashboards, and workflows.Power Platform Development: Build and automate business processes using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Data verse.Client Engagement: Conduct workshops, demos, and presentations to explain solution capabilities and gather feedback.Functional Documentation: Prepare solution documents such as requirement specs, functional designs, test scripts, and user guides.CRM Management: Support environment setup, solution deployment, data migration, and testing activities throughout the project lifecycle.Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot CRM issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide functional support to users.Collaboration: Work closely with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and alignment with business goals.Quality Assurance: Participate in UAT, validate system outputs, and ensure deliverables meet functional requirements and best practices.Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest Dynamics 365 and Power Platform features to recommend enhancements and optimize client processes.Qualification & Skills:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.Experience: 3 years of experience working with Dynamics 365 CE or Microsoft Power Platform; internships or project experience with CRM systems are also valued.Technical Skills:·       Hands-on experience with D365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, etc.)·       Knowledge of Power Apps (model-driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse·       Understanding of CRM concepts such as entities, workflows, security roles, and solutionsCommunication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to conduct client workshops and explain technical concepts clearly.Analytical & Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze business processes, identify gaps, and propose effective CRM solutions.Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with enterprise applications; familiarity with APIs, JavaScript, or Azure services is a plus.Adaptability: Quick learner who can work in a fast-paced consulting environment and adapt to new tools and technologies.Team Spirit: A collaborative mindset with a positive attitude and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. What We Offer:Career Development: Fast-paced learning environment with exposure to real-world sales cycles and mentorship from industry experts.
