The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing, customizing, and supporting Dynamics 365 CRM to drive business efficiency and customer engagement. Key ResponsibilitiesImplement, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules.Work closely with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems and third-party applications.Conduct user training, prepare documentation, and provide post-implementation support.Collaborate with developers and project managers to deliver successful projects. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing modules).Strong understanding of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).Experience in customization using JavaScript, Plugins, and Workflows.Excellent communication and presentation skills (English & Arabic preferred).Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or equivalent certifications is preferred.Experience with Azure or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations integration is preferred. Why Join UsWork on cutting-edge digital transformation projects.
