Mid-Level Graphic Designer

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Mid-Level Graphic Designer with strong experience in themed environments, environmental graphics, and storytelling-based design. If you excel in transforming narratives into immersive visuals and collaborating with multi-disciplinary creative teams—this role is for you. Key Responsibilities1. Themed Visual Concept DevelopmentDevelop visual concepts for themed environments, signage, and props based on storytelling and brand identity.Translate narratives into compelling visual assets aligned with the creative vision (fantasy, sci-fi, adventure, etc.).2. Design Production for Attractions & EnvironmentsCreate detailed graphics for show sets, facades, murals, wall treatments, and wayfinding systems.Prepare artwork for both digital and physical applications (vinyl prints, dimensional signage, scenic painting guides).3. Collaboration With Theming Engineers & ArchitectsCollaborate with creative leads, 3D designers, scenic fabricators, and engineers to ensure design feasibility.Deliver layered files, scaled artwork, and annotated drawings ready for fabrication.4. Presentations & StoryboardsCreate mood boards, visual presentations, and storyboards to communicate design concepts.5. Cross-Disciplinary CollaborationWork closely with architects, interior designers, set designers, and show production teams.Participate in design workshops, reviews, and creative charrettes.6. Client Communication & IterationsPresent visual concepts to clients and stakeholders.Incorporate feedback and provide timely design iterations while ensuring consistency and clarity.7. Problem-Solving & AdaptationAdjust design intent based on engineering constraints or site conditions while preserving the thematic narrative Required Experience4 years of experience in graphic design, themed entertainment, environmental graphics, or a related creative field.🔹 EducationBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Illustration, or a related creative discipline.Strong portfolio demonstrating themed design, concept art, and environmental graphics is essential.
