We serve the majority segment of Latinos who are English-first and digital-first with culturally relevant content that appeals to the largest cultural audience of today and tomorrow.About The RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented Mid-Level QA Engineer to help ensure the reliability, performance, and quality of our digital platforms. This role will work closely with engineering, product, and design teams to validate new features, prevent regressions, and improve release confidence.The ideal candidate has strong experience testing web applications, understands modern development workflows, and is comfortable working with distributed teams across multiple time zones.Primary ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive test plans and test casesPerform manual functional and regression testing across multiple environmentsValidate front-end UI/UX behavior across browsers and devicesTest API integrations and third-party servicesIdentify, document, and track defects through resolutionCollaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve issuesParticipate in sprint planning and review processesContribute to improving QA processes and documentation standardsHelp ensure releases meet performance and stability expectationsFewer production defects and improved release confidenceWell-documented and reproducible bug reportsClear test coverage across new features and regressionsContinuous improvement in QA standards and processesEffective collaboration with engineering and product teamsExperience And Qualifications3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance for web applicationsStrong experience with manual testing methodologiesExperience writing clear, structured test cases and test plansSolid understanding of functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testingExperience testing WordPress-based or CMS-driven platformsFamiliarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman or similar)Experience working in Agile environmentsExperience using Git and understanding version control workflowsStrong written and verbal English communication skillsHigh attention to detail and strong analytical thinkingPreferred QualificationsExperience with basic automated testing tools (e.g., Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, or similar)Familiarity with performance testing tools and methodologiesExperience testing cloud-hosted applications (AWS environments)Experience with Jira or similar issue-tracking systemsExperience using AI-assisted tools to support test case generation, bug reproduction, or workflow efficiencyInterest in expanding into test automationNGLmitu is a GoDigital Media Group company and we operate with the following core values:Personal Improvement & WellbeingEmpowered ThinkingIntegrity & FairnessServiceAdditional InformationNGLmitú is a GoDigital Media Group company that is committed to creating an inclusive work environment that reflects the diversity of our community.
