Energin is seeking a Mid-level or Senior Software Engineer to join our team!Energin is a leading Australian energy brokerage and technology platform provider. We’re building a next-generation, greenfield energy management platform to help businesses win at energy — by automating, simplifying, and transforming how energy is procured and managed.This is an opportunity to play a foundational role in shaping the architecture, delivery, and evolution of a new, scalable platform from day one. As our first local engineer, you’ll work directly with the CEO and CTO, influencing strategic decisions and driving technical direction.What You’ll Be DoingBuilding: Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions. Collaborate with engineers and product managers to deliver impactful features to global customers.Collaboration: Work closely every day with the CEO and CTO to accelerate business value and define engineering direction.Tech Stack: Contribute to a modern .NET-based stack, with opportunities to explore other languages and technologies as the platform grows.Infrastructure: Help shape and deploy our new platform infrastructure — architecting scalable, resilient services.Delivery: Operate in a high-speed, CI/CD-driven environment where delivering code to production daily is part of the culture.Business Impact: Play a key role in driving value in a market that’s tech-naive and primed for innovation.Leadership & Innovation: Take ownership, drive outcomes, and uphold the balance between speed and quality.What We’re Looking ForExperience: 4+ years of commercial experience building software products.Education: Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.Mindset: You’re passionate about designing composable, extensible, and scalable systems.
