We are in our 10th consecutive month of double-digit growth and aim to multiply our revenue by 4 in 2026.About the role :We’re looking for an ambitious and curious Sales Development Representative to join our growing team in Barcelona 🚀You’ll be one of the first points of contact for some of Europe's most exciting e-commerce brands, creating genuine connections and opening new business opportunities.As part of our high-performing sales team, you’ll work hand-in-hand with our Account Executives to spark interest, build pipeline, and help Yuma AI keep growing at double-digit speed.What you’ll do :Identify, research, and reach out to key decision-makersGenerate new business opportunities through multi-channel outreach (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn). Personalize your approach and build meaningful first conversations about AI-powered customer support. Collaborate closely with AEs to qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings. Become a product expert on Yuma AI’s platform and the future of customer service automation. Use tools like HubSpot (CRM), Apollo, Sales Navigator to manage your pipeline and workflow. What we’re looking for :6+ months experience in a B2B SDR or outbound sales role (SaaS experience is a plus). Fluent English and C1 level for either Spanish or FrenchExcellent written and oral communication skillsEnergy, curiosity, and resilience : you love learning and don’t give up easily. Strong organization and self-drive : you thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment. Comfortable using AI tools to boost productivity.
