As a Senior/Middle Quality Engineer (Manual & Automation), you will join a group of very talented and committed Quality community, provide a unified user experience across the C&IB credit value chain, to manage credit submissions, spread financials, manage covenants & documents and have access to reporting & dashboards through a single user interface, aligned to NAB’s One Way Same Way approach.MAIN RESPONSIBILITESImplement shift-left testing, automation first to test early and oftenCode automated tests during build and regression test phases and integrate into the CI/CD pipelineCreate test plans, execute test cases, and prepare test summary reports for features built-in your teamReview solution documentation, and assist with the analysis, testing, and resolution of issuesSupport defining the user story acceptance criteria and ensuring stories meet the high level of qualityInfluence your team to think of Quality first, conduct training to empower developers to a level of sufficient testing skillsFulfil other tasks as assigned by your People Leader and/or authorized representative of NAB Vietnam from time to timeYOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEMust-have skills:Typically have a minimum of 4+ years in testing experience in Web or Mobile and API testing. A tertiary qualification in computer science or a related discipline.The technologies we use in our Quality practices are below. We don’t expect you to know all of them, but having experience with a large number of technologies is ideal:- Experience with Java or Typescript programming (or similar language)---'-QTest, JIRA, Confluence-PACT, Postman, SoapUI, REST Assured, TestNG, Selenium, JMeter or LoadrunnerGood English communication skills (both verbal & written), especially in the global software development environmentExpert in API contract-based testing (e.g. PACT)Experienced in creating automation test case using the page-Object modelSolid knowledge of testing methodologies covering test levels, static test, and dynamic testingAbility to implement automated test cases in a well-structured mannerAbility to work in a dynamic and continuously changing environmentAbility to coach and motivate developers to ensure their features are of high testabilityAbility to work in cross-functional teamsNice-to-haveISTQB – CertifiedExperience in the Banking or Financial Services industryExposure to AWS and cloud-native architectureJenkins CI/CD, GitHub, SonarQube, Gradle, JFrogTHE BENEFITS AND PERKSWe appreciate and reward our colleagues who do great work every day – from excelling for our customers, to taking ownership of an issue to get it resolved.
