So, jump in, where FOMO meets killer deals, and let's turn every day into a retail party!About YouWe're on the hunt for a Mid-Weight Multimedia Designer with strong design chops and an eye for performance. You'll spend 70% of your time crafting creative that converts - from brand-led storytelling to thumb-stopping statics, carousels and short-form videos across a multitude of Paid platforms. From awareness to conversion, you’ll design with intent, and collaborate with the team to brainstorm and shape creative concepts that deliver results.The other 30%? That’s where your flair comes in, supporting our broader Marketing team with campaign collateral, social graphics, and more. You’ll sit within our in-house Creative Team and report directly to our Head of Creatives. Collaboration is key! You’ll work closely with copywriters, media buyers and fellow designers to make our brand shine across every platform.ResponsibilitiesPaid Media CreativeDesign performance-driven static and animated/video ads for full-funnel Paid Media campaignsWork on a range of formats for upper, mid, and lower funnel objectives (awareness, consideration, conversion)Translate briefs and data insights into highly clickable creativesCollaborate on creative ideation and concept development with the broader marketing teamStay up to date on best practices for ad formats and specs across platformsDeliver assets that balance creative flair with performance goalsGeneral Marketing Creative Create on-brand marketing assetsWebsite bannersSocial media assetsCampaign collateralSupport wider Marketing and Creative team initiatives when neededMaintain consistency across all brand touchpointsExperience And Qualifications3 - 5 years’ experience in a digital/multimedia design role (agency or E-Commerce experience a bonus)Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro essential)Strong understanding of design for Paid Media with proven portfolio piecesExperience designing for Google Ads, Meta, and/or programmatic platformsA solid grasp of video editing, animation, and motion graphicsAbility to interpret performance data and adjust creative accordinglyGreat attention to detail, time management, and adaptabilityA proactive attitude and team spirit (We like ideas and people who share them!)
