Middle Back-End Developer (PHP/Laravel)

About the position:We are seeking a Middle PHP Developer to join our team and take an active role in developing a range of projects, including B2C and B2B stores, informational websites for well-known brands such as AENO, Canyon, Lorgar, and Prestigio, as well as custom CMS and CRM systems built by our team for content management, catalogs, sales, and marketing.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain backend services using PHP 8+ and Laravel 8+;Design and optimize databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL), including indexing and query tuning;Work with Redis and Elasticsearch for caching and search functionality;Apply SOLID principles and design patterns in daily development;Develop microservice-based features and ensure system scalability;Write and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality.Requirements:Experience in PHP 3-4 years;Working with Laravel 8+;Knowledge of PHP 8.0 and higher;Experience with PostgreSQL / MySQL (DB Engines, Indexes, Query optimization);Experience with Redis;Experience with Elasticsearch;Confident knowledge and understanding of SOLID principles and Design Patterns;Knowledge of the principles of microservice architecture;Experience writing unit tests;Knowledge and ability to configure NGINX;English – minimum B1 level (sufficient for professional communication);Fluent spoken Russian is required;Experience in setting up logging and monitoring of complex systems.Nice to have:Experience with Elasticsearch;Knowledge of the principles of microservice architecture;Understanding and experience in working with CI/CD;Experience in setting up logging and monitoring of complex systems.We offer:Competitive salary package and motivation scheme;Opportunity to work for a financially strong, fast-growing multinational company;Constant interaction with global teams of professionals;Access to continuous professional development: training, certification programs, events, and team buildings;Life events’ gifts, corporate presents and awards, years of service bonuses.
