This US headquartered market leading client in the Software & SaaS domain is expanding it's presence globally and requires a dedicated professional to drive the business across the Middle East Region. This position will be responsible for defining and executing the regional field marketing plan for the Middle East region. In this role, you will be part of the EMEA Field Marketing team, reporting to the Director of EMEA Marketing.You will partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing and Corporate Marketing teams to create thoughtful, tailored, and engaging marketing programs to drive net new pipeline for Sales.We’re looking for a passionate, creative, curious self-starter with demonstrative experience in campaign management and events. The ideal candidate excels at building relationships and driving alignment with Sales partners, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.What You'll Do:Work with Sales and Marketing teams to create quarterly and annual integrated marketing plans for target regions and verticals across marketing channelsManage regional budget & ensure all campaigns are executed within quarterly budgetPlan and execute virtual and onsite events, including third-party events and company-owned events, webinars, etc.Proactively engage with Sales to align, communicate, and optimise the impact of marketing activities; including upcoming initiatives both regional and globalEvaluate, select, and manage vendors that contribute to local demand creation programs, including event vendors, local media publishers and agenciesManage day-to-day requirements and deadlines, including working with stakeholders, to ensure marketing programs are executed with a high degree of qualityMonitor and report out on results of local marketing campaignsWhat We're Looking For:Minimum of 7 years of experience in Marketing for Software, SAAS or Infrastructure businesses — experience working across Middle East is a mustExperience in a high-tech B2B demand generation or field marketing roleExcellent communicator with a passion for forging relationshipsStrong track record of proven ability to build and execute plans, get buy-in from stakeholders, and communicate status and resultsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyWillingness to work with remote teams in asynchronous waysExperience building, launching, and reporting on ROI of campaignsExperience managing vendors and coordinating deliverables with internal and external teamsExtremely organized and detail orientedFamiliarity with the enterprise sales cycle for highly technical productsWork Location(s) & Travel Requirements:This position is a remote position.This position requires travel across the Middle East and Europe, which will make up around 30% of your role, or as requested by your manager.The Contract duration is likely to be 12 months in duration but could be made a permanent position during or after this has concluded.
