Join us in shaping the future of home design.Planner 5D is expanding its marketing team and is looking for a Middle / Senior Graphic Designer with strong motion skills and an AI-native mindset. In this role, you’ll create high-quality visual and motion assets for a wide range of marketing materials from landing pages and promo videos to CRM and social media campaigns, while actively leveraging AI tools to improve speed, efficiency, and creative experimentation.Key Responsibilities:Design and deliver high-quality marketing visuals for landing pages, paid ads, promos, CRM campaigns, and SMM materialsCreate engaging motion graphics for promo videos, ads, and social media contentUse AI tools to enhance production workflows (concept generation, image creation, iterations, resizing, asset variations, etc.)Own visual solutions from brief to final delivery, ensuring quality, consistency, and performance focusAdapt and optimize designs for multiple platforms, formats, and resolutionsMaintain and evolve brand guidelines across marketing materialsCollaborate closely with marketers, copywriters, and product designers to shape strong visual conceptsProactively suggest visual and motion improvements based on performance data and trendsStay up to date with design, motion, marketing, and AI trendsRequirements:3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in marketing or product-driven teamsStrong portfolio with marketing visuals and motion design examplesAdvanced skills in Figma (complex layouts, components, auto-layout)Confident use of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)Solid motion design skills in After Effects (expressions and templates are a plus)Strong understanding of typography, composition, color theory, and visual hierarchyExperience designing for web, social, video, and CRM channelsAI-native mindset: confident use of generative AI tools for visuals, mood boards, ideation, variations, and workflow automationAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines independentlyStrong communication skills and readiness to collaborate cross-functionallyEnglish level B2 or higherPlease note that you should be prepare working as a Contractor under B2B service agreement.As part of the hiring process, you will be asked to complete a test.What we offer: Great work environment that balances freedom and responsibility Our team is made up of friendly and passionate enthusiasts who are eager to help and share their knowledge We believe in work-life balance, so you'll receive around 30+ days of paid holidays per year Company computer equipment by request Education courses for our team members, and we're willing to allocate funds toward your training expenses English classes on our corporate platform Offline company events in Lithuania and online team-building Unlimited free Planner5D subscriptions
