We have hubs around the globe which we utilise to share our expertise and our resources, ensuring we’re always at the forefront of production solutions in an ever evolving production landscape.We have a strong culture, a unique proposition and an exceptionally high quality of output driven by our brilliant makers - each one given the freedom and the support to deliver quality & craft without compromise.The Girl&Bear focus is to continuously evolve and elevate our offering with new capabilities, new skills and new ways of working - we’re a studio of makers where everything that can be made, will be made.To drive this vision, we know that great people are paramount to bringing this all to life so this is where you come in… THE ROLE:As an Integrated Creative Producer you will be part of our exciting team of makers, supported by our Senior Producers, Integrated Project Directors, and Heads of Integrated Creative Production.You will be responsible for the end-to-end management and delivery of integrated campaigns for our diverse range of clients - whether that’s producing print, digital, social, experiential and content, (or something we don’t even know about yet!) - a problem solving mindset is a must.You will own your own productions, alongside the support of your Integrated Project Director. You should be motivated by learning new skills, seeking inventive solutions and using progressive approaches to deliver best-in-class beautifully-made work. Whether that’s low-budget, agile production or high-end 360 Campaigns, an attention to detail and care for craft if essential.A good breath of experience in integrated production and running campaigns is essential. You will own the process from the point the strategic brief lands, working closely with your teams during the creative development process and seeing the campaign through to final supply. You should be comfortable managing a variety of briefs, being super-collaborative along the way and removing complexity from the journey wherever possible.You will be organised, meticulous and have an eye for creative detail, partnering with Creative Teams and Creative Directors to ensure the highest-craft and highest-quality output. You will also work very closely as the creative development and production partner to our strategic and account management teams, and our clients. You should have some experience in front of clients and leading the production process for your own campaigns.Maintaining the highest standards and ensuring all of your productions are delivered on time and on budget is a must, as is your passion for organisation, making and brilliant creative out-put. You will be working within the growing team of brilliant Girl&Bear makers, working closely with designers, editors, animators and with your producer colleagues. KEY RESPONSIBILITES: Working closely with VCCPs Creatives, CDs and Account Management teams to drive the process from creative to production as seamlessly as possibleWhen required, support on pitches from a production POV, bringing together all corners of the agency and a super-organised, positive mindsetWorking across multiple projects of varying sizes and complexity - showcasing your ability to prioritise and juggle workloadsOwn your production budgets, ensuring you stay within budget and deliver on timeWorking into your IPD (Integrated Project Director), you’ll need to keep them abreast of your projects and escalate where necessarySKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:Integrated knowledge of production, from print & stills to content & socialUnderstanding and passion for the ever evolving world of productionNegotiation and budgeting skillsA ‘yes we can’ attitude, our ICP's should be hungry to find the solution and make it happen, leaning on the Senior Producers and IPDs for supportA flexible and agile mindset, where you can demonstrate the ability to react quickly to agency and client demandsIf this sounds like you and you share our challenger spirit, then we would love to hear from you!VCCP DE&I STATEMENTWe believe that DE&I is about creating a strong culture of inclusion within our agency, where everyone can thrive and be their authentic self.
