Start your journey at Navy.com. Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for Military Officers in the U.S. Navy Reserve, based in Columbus, OH. While some work from home is acceptable, officers will be responsible for leading and managing personnel, developing strategic plans, and ensuring mission readiness. Daily tasks include conducting training exercises, overseeing operations, and maintaining equipment and resources. Officers are expected to perform leadership duties, provide mentorship to junior personnel, and collaborate with other units to support Navy operations.
