You’ll play an integral part in a highly respected team, assisting solicitors with complex, sensitive cases involving military claims, personal injury, and public law matters.You’ll be joining a team with a strong reputation for delivering justice and achieving life-changing outcomes for clients impacted by military service.Key Responsibilities• Supporting solicitors with the management of military and related personal injury claims.• Drafting legal documents, witness statements, and correspondence.• Conducting legal research and reviewing evidence and disclosure materials.• Liaising directly with clients, experts, and counsel to progress cases efficiently.• Managing case files from instruction to settlement under supervision.• Ensuring all case management systems are updated and compliant with procedural and data protection requirements.About You• Previous experience working as a Paralegal within personal injury, military, or public law.• Strong understanding of civil litigation procedures, ideally with experience handling Ministry of Defence or Armed Forces-related claims.• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.• Empathy, professionalism, and the ability to support clients sensitively in complex circumstances.• A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.Desirable• Experience in Military Injury, NIHL, PTSD, or non-freezing cold injury claims.• A genuine interest in supporting members of the Armed Forces community.What’s on Offer• Competitive salary based on experience.• Hybrid and flexible working options.• Supportive team environment with clear progression routes.• Ongoing professional development and mentorship.If you ae interested in this opportunity Apply Now!
