This role is hands-on and you will make sure that the production line runs smoothly. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to improve machine performance, prevent downtime, and support continuous improvement initiatives.Extra Responsibilities:Analyze mechanical systems and identify performance bottlenecks;Develop solutions to improve reliability and efficiency of production equipment;Support the implementation of technical upgrades and modifications;Collaborate with design, automation, and maintenance teams on technical projects;Prepare documentation, reports, and technical recommendations;Ensure that all engineering solutions comply with relevant safety and industry standards.Qualifications:Millwright Certificate or a related discipline;Speak, read and write Afrikaans;Experience in a production or industrial engineering environment;Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and system analysis;Ability to interpret technical drawings and collaborate on multidisciplinary projects;Good communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.Benefits:Salary starting at €4.171;Permanent contract;Visa procedure and flight ticket;Housing and transport;A personal car;5 year Visa.Are you a forward-thinking Millwright who enjoys system optimization and technical innovation?
