About the positionThe Marketing Manager is an international role, managing Mindspaceâs marketing strategy, budget, brand, and campaigns across several European markets. Weâre hiring for this role in either of the 3 cities: London, Warsaw, or Israel. This position reports to the VP of International Markets and works closely with the Global Marketing Senior Lead.
The role involves collaborating with various stakeholders at Mindspace HQ, as well as teams and vendors across multiple European markets. You will be responsible for: Own marketing for some of Mindspaceâs key locations across Europe Work closely with Mindspaceâs marketing team on all marketing channels and levels; User acquisition, Creative, Strategy & more.
Create and execute a smart quarterly and annual marketing plans, based on data, market trends, local team insights, and other sources, to maximize the ROI and generate quality leads - all geared to meet Mindspace sales goalsPromote and enhance Mindspaceâs brand across the relevant markets Manage market research and analysisIdentify, engage, and manage local vendorsGenerate quality leads for Mindspace locations, offerings, and various servicesLead launch activities for new locations and new offerings, including market analysis, messaging, launch plans, budgets, and executionAttract major ecosystem events to Mindspace locations and facilitiesDrive Mindspaceâs presence at major conferences, trade shows, and startup eventsLead or oversee the creation of collateral for Mindspaceâs offerings:
presentations, campaigns, PRs, case studies, demos, videos, sales enablement tools, etc.
Gather insights from various stakeholders in Mindspace HQ as well as international teams in each market, to help market management make data-driven decisionsDo you have the following experience? A high level of English proficiency, with excellent oral and written communication skills - MUST4+ years of relevant international marketing management experienceExperience in online advertising and hands-on or overseeing campaign managementExperience in press and media relations, and managing PR firms - an advantageExperience in both B2B & B2C marketing â an advantageExperience with CRMs such as Hubspot or Salesforce - a plusKnowledge and experience with digital marketing measurement models Bachelor's degree in business communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, or a related fieldWillingness to travel between different cities in Europe (approx 3-4 times a year) Critical Competencies for Success:
