Mining Technology Consultant

You will play a key role in implementing Epiroc’s mine scheduling platform for mining clients by aligning it with business goals, configuring the system, testing, training users, and ensuring adoption.Your Mission:Understand client needs and how the solution adds value.Help design and implement the mine scheduling solution.Configure the system according to standards and project plans.Support testing of software and solutions.Create and deliver training materials.Assist with software adoption aligned to client processes.Improve implementation methods and procedures.Stay updated on Epiroc software and promote its use.Join value assessment and proof-of-value activities.Support standardization of configurations across clients.Keep records of configuration plans and changes.Provide frontline client support and log tickets.Follow Epiroc’s adoption methodology.Map current and future client processes when needed.Share feedback to improve Epiroc products.Participate in internal and client-facing testing cycles.Your Profile:A tertiary (degree or diploma) in Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering or other applicable engineering qualification or related qualifications in Mine Technical Services (Geology, Survey, etc.).Proven practical mining exposure which includes exposure to mine planning, design, and scheduling processes.Experience working in a consulting environment preferably in a mining environment.Experience with business or mining related implementation projects.This position is a contract position for 12 months.Location: Centurion, PretoriaClosing Date: 23 Nov 2025It all starts with people.
