Job Description

This role will oversee the reporting and analytics functions for both Talent Acquisition and Sourcing, ensuring accurate tracking of performance metrics, funnel health, and hiring outcomes. The ideal candidate will combine operational efficiency with analytical insight to help drive smarter, faster hiring decisions. Key Responsibilities:Oversee the reporting and analytics for both Talent Acquisition and Sourcing, including daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards.Track and analyze key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, conversion rates, and pipeline health.Collaborate with recruiters and sourcing teams to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.Ensure timely and accurate data entry and maintenance in the ATS and other recruitment systems.Prepare and present reports to leadership and stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.Maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to recruitment and data privacy. Qualifications Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field (preferred but not required)Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in recruitment sourcing or talent acquisition, with exposure to reporting and analyticsStrong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment platforms (e.g., ATS, CRM)Experience in creating, interpreting, and presenting recruitment dashboards and performance reportsDetail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skillsAbility to collaborate across teams and communicate insights effectivelyComfortable working with data in a metrics-driven environmentFamiliarity with sourcing funnels, hiring KPIs, and recruitment operations is a plus
