This position blends hands-on recruitment with the opportunity to contribute to strategic talent initiatives as we continue building a people-centred, growth-focused organisation.Your Day-to-Day Will Include:Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Managing the full recruitment cycle with care, respect, and precision.Sourcing talent across creative, technical, operational, and leadership roles.Reviewing virtual interviews to assess both capability, skills and culture fit.Creating a seamless and memorable candidate experience from introduction to offer by using empathetic, timely, and people-centred communication across all platforms, including monitoring and responding via our WhatsApp Business line.Building strong talent pipelines, especially for creative, technical and leadership roles.Conduct targeted market research and execute proactive headhunting initiatives to strengthen talent pipelines and improve role fulfilment speed.Coordinating interviews and ensuring clear communication with candidates and hiring managers.Maintaining organised, transparent recruitment records, pipelines, and databases.Support onboarding steps to ensure a smooth transition into the team.Prepare weekly recruitment updates and progress reports for your Team Lead/Manager, including pipeline health, candidate movement, and hiring challenges.Using recruitment automations and tools (e.g., automated screening flows, automated interview scheduling, MyInterview, spreadsheets, templates) to improve speed, accuracy, and efficiency across the recruitment process.Keeping ATS updated with accurate vacancy, pipeline, recruitment, and onboarding information to support a smooth hiring and new-starter experience.Identifying opportunities to streamline or automate repetitive tasks to support People & Culture operations.People Strategy & Workforce Development: You will play a meaningful role in shaping how our teams grow, evolve, and experience Mediboost by supporting strategic people initiatives that strengthen our culture, hiring foundations, and long-term workforce planning.Supporting workforce planning and anticipating future hiring needs.Strengthening our employer brand and market presence.Enhancing interview frameworks, assessments, and hiring standards.Improving candidate experience and internal recruitment processes.Building long-term talent pipelines for critical role.Analyse hiring patterns and identifying opportunities for improvement.Contributing to People & Culture initiatives such as onboarding, culture-building, and engagement projects.Requirements & Skills:3–5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally in digital marketing, creative, BPO, tech, or agency environments.Strong track record hiring for both creative and technical roles.Ability to manage multiple vacancies with excellent organisational discipline.Proficient in sourcing tools (LinkedIn, job boards, social platforms) and HRIS/ATS systems such as Freshteam.Comfortable working with recruitment automations, templates, workflows, and scheduling tools.Strong Google Workspace skills (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).Excellent written and verbal communication, with an empathetic, people-centred approach.High emotional intelligence with the ability to assess both skills and culture fit.Able to build rapport across diverse teams and geographies.Passionate about people, culture, and creating meaningful candidate experiences.Curious, growth-minded, and excited to develop towards strategic People & Culture work.Meaningful perks that reflect our commitment:Competitive monthly salary of PHP 45,000Lead performance with autonomy and visibility across departments.Remote-first, collaborative culture that values initiative and outcomes.Fitness subsidy for 12 months to support your well-being.Birthday leave, so you can celebrate and enjoy your special day off!We observe local public holidays, allowing team members to rest and celebrate their national holidays.15 days of Paid time off, ensuring team members have time to relax and recharge.Application Process:MyInterview recorded screeningRole AssessmentInterview with Hiring ManagerInterview with DirectorEmployment VerificationIf you're passionate about people, culture, and finding talent that elevates teams — we’d love to meet you.
