MIS Specialist/Analyst (Automotive/Manufacturing)

We’re looking for an experienced MIS Pricing Specialist / Analyst to join a leading automotive organization in Dubai. The role involves managing, analyzing, and presenting pricing-related data for automotive spare parts to support the pricing team in driving profitability and competitiveness.Location: Dubai, UAEEmployment Type: Full-timeKey ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update pricing databases, ERP, and MIS tools.Generate regular and ad-hoc pricing and margin analysis reports.Ensure accuracy and consistency across all pricing systems.Analyze sales trends, cost changes, and pricing impacts.Manage and enhance reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems.Automate reports and improve data visualization processes.Coordinate with Aftersales, Supply Chain, IT, and Business Planning teams.Prepare reports and presentations for management and dealer meetings.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.2–5 years of experience in MIS, pricing, or data analytics (preferably in automotive or manufacturing).Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, formulas).Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView).Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.Good communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
