JOB PURPOSEExecute data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and validation activities in compliance with defined migration standards. Manage repeatable data processes and identify data quality issues or discrepancies for resolution. Contribute to the development of sustainable data control mechanisms and documentation to maintain integrity within SAP SuccessFactors. Execute data migration tasks including extraction, cleansing, mapping, and validation of HR data from SAP ECC and legacy sources to SAP SuccessFactors. Develop and document data mapping rules, business logic, and validation checklists. Perform data profiling, transformation, and reconciliation using tools such as Excel, SAP BODS, SQL, and SAP Migration Cockpit.
Monitor data quality, identify issues or inconsistencies, and escalate them for resolution. Maintain comprehensive records of data issues, migration logs, and data control documents. Conduct mock data loads and cutover activities with accurate preparation of final datasets. Collaborate closely with HR, IT, and system implementer teams to align requirements and drive data readiness. Establish post-go-live data governance routines and documentation for future business-as-usual operations. JOB REQUIREMENTSMinimum of 3 years of experience in data management or HRIS support, ideally in SAP environments. Involvement in at least one data migration project, preferably for HCM systems.
Experience working with HR data, employee master data, or organizational structures is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field. Training or certification in SAP data tools or other data migration tools within HRIS systems is a plus. Exposure to data governance or data management frameworks is advantageous. Ideal for candidates who are keen on a 12 to 18 months contract position.
